THE BEST-SELLING BOOKS ABOUT FOREIGN POLICY IN 2005: Foreign Affairs, in cooperation with Barnes & Noble, has come up with a list of the Top 20. I must admit that I haven't read a single one of them, with the exception of the first 100 pages of the 9/11 report. But I do know which one I would read if I had the time: The Assasins' Gate, by George Packer.
