I am fairly sure we could challenge the trademark on the colour red on the basis of 'prior art.'
 
Good heavens Milan, every single one of your (admittedly, two) comments so far has involved use of the term 'prior art'! What are you writing your thesis on, anyway? :)
 
What does Her Royal Majesty say? What is the Tower of London for these days?
 
Good thing I only use the 'color' red.
