This might sound insane, but if the states turned over stealth tech. to England would that be the same as turning it over to the E.U.? I have no idea what sort of agreements G.B. has signed with France, but I am certain that if the french had stealth they could find a solution to it and they would sell it to anyone they could.

I would have no problem turning any tech. over to Australia or G.B., but I don't want it to fall into French or Russian hands. We may be a belligerent nation, but we know who our enemies are.
 
We shared all the Elizabeth Bentley data with Britain, (J. Edgar Hoover did), and two days later Moscow was repairing the damage to its network thanks to Kim Philby. Then there was a certain Dr. Klaus Kuchs, who prolonged the Cold War by a decade. There was also Sir Anthony Blunt of the Queen's staff...
