You want stealth? Why not just take F-22's while your at it?

This might sound insane, but if the states turned over stealth tech. to England would that be the same as turning it over to the E.U.? I have no idea what sort of agreements G.B. has signed with France, but I am certain that if the french had stealth they could find a solution to it and they would sell it to anyone they could.

I would have no problem turning any tech. over to Australia or G.B., but I don't want it to fall into French or Russian hands. We may be a belligerent nation, but we know who our enemies are.
