ROMNEYCARE REVISITED: Liz Mair's column in Human Events (Ronald Reagan's favorite magazine) argues that Romney's universal health care plan for Massachusetts falls prey to the same vices as most big government programs, namely over-regulation and resistance to market forces.

Two contributors to the Weekly Standard suggest, however, that conservatives should give RomneyCare a chance, because if it works, it may provide a model of how the states can solve problems more effectively than the Federal government.
